Hotel Ganesh Himal tried to setup our hotel as comfortable as possible with a a large green garden, a spacious and sunny rooftop and several quiet balconies at every floor. Most of our rooms are decorated in typical Nepali style with wooden floors, wooden furniture ans colorful details. Of course there is 24 hours hot running water and electricity is guaranteed.

A mineral tap can be found at the centre of the hotel, where you can serve yourself and take free mineral water.

Garden, rooftop & balconies

There are plenty of opportunities in the hotel to relax, enjoy reading a book, sit down with friends, or just do nothing! The garden is the major eye catcher, loaded with plants and all kinds of flowers which serves as our little oasis in the hectic of Kathmandu. If you climb some stairs, you can also enjoy the rooftop which gives you great views on the city and with clear weather even a panorama on the mountain range. At every floor you’ll find a nice and spacious balcony with seats and a table with lecture. Inside at the lobby there are relaxing couches where you always can sit down, pick a newspaper, read a book from our ‘library’ or watch a movie or international news at our big screen television set.
